CLASSROOM COURSES

General Registration Policies

  • Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Registration for courses will close 21 days prior to the class date or when the maximum number of participants has been reached.
  • Registrations are confirmed and processed only after payment is received.
  • Registrants under 18 years of age must submit a signed permission slip in order to participate. Forms can be obtained by contacting the IWRC office.
  • Checks and money orders should be made payable to IWRC and be in US funds.

Cancellation Policies

  • All cancellations must be submitted to the IWRC office in writing in order to be eligible for a refund, credit or transfer.
  • Refunds are only available up until 28 days prior to the class date.
  • Cancellations made after the 28 day mark are only eligible for credits or transfers.
  • Credits are valid for up to one year after the original course date. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the IWRC office.
  • Credits for courses may be applied to any IWRC course and are transferable.
  • Refund and credit amounts will include the registration fee paid, minus the cost of the course manual.
  • Registrants who do not attend the course and who do not notify the IWRC office of their cancellation within two days after the course will forfeit their registration fee and will not be eligible for a for a refund, credit or transfer.


ONLINE COURSES

General Registration Policies

  • Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Registration for courses will close when the maximum number of participants has been reached.
  • Registrations are confirmed and processed only after payment is received.
  • Registrations for online training courses are confirmed via email. Once payment has been processed a confirmation email will be sent within 2-3 business days.
  • Checks and money orders should be made payable to IWRC and be in US funds.

Cancellation Policies

  • All cancellations must be submitted to the IWRC office in writing in order to be eligible for a refund, credit or transfer.
  • Refunds are available up until 7 days prior to the course date.
  • Cancellations made after the 7 day mark are only eligible for credits or transfers.
  • Credits are valid for up to one year after the original course date.
  • Credits for courses may be applied to any IWRC course and are transferable.
  • Registrants who do not attend the course, do not complete the final exam, and do not notify the IWRC office of their cancellation before the end of the course may not be eligible for a refund, credit or transfer.
