Mail and delivery services remain unreliable or unavailable in badly affected areas. Some rehabilitation centers and home-based facilities are not operational and cannot store perishable goods or building supplies until services are restored and cleanup is completed. Facilities that are serving as staging and collection points will transport building materials and supplies to centers as they are ready to receive them.
