STEP 2: Testing Method

Please indicate the testing method of your choice. For more information about the “online” and “proctored” options, please see the CWR™ Applicant’s Handbook.

Education symposium	Paper-based exam in person at the Symposium in Dallas, TX. IWRC will provide proctors.
Online	Electronic exam, available after January 23, 2007
Proctored	Paper-based exam, available after January 23, 2007. Candidate must supply proctor.

Step 3: Payment

Fee: $65 US Post-marked by 12/31/06 $85 US Post-marked after 12/31/06

You will receive confirmation and further instructions once your application has been processed, normally within 3-5 business days.
